We are a property management company that specializes in renting both commercial and residential properties. We have been operating in the Louisville, KY area for over 50 years and have established a reputation for well-maintained properties and excellent customer service. Our office is located at 3201 Fern Valley Rd. Suite 212, Louisville, KY 40213.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you see a property you are interested in renting, please call the office at leave a message at 968-9181. We DO NOT return calls after business hours or on weekends.

We manage a large inventory of homes, apartments and commercial property, mostly in the Louisville area with a few homes in Southern Indiana. Our rental inventory changes constantly so if you don’t see something that will fit your needs, let us know what you need and we can notify you when houses become available for rent.
