Basic requirements to rent any of our homes:
 Welcome! Please feel free to enquire about any property listed on this page. If an application is pending, it will be noted in the listing.  Any properties with a pending application will not be shown again unless the applicant is not approved. Feel free to fill out the pre-screening form and I will notify you if the property becomes available to tour again.
 
 This page is updated whenever a new property becomes available to rent or a property that was listed has been rented.  We would be happy to show you a property, however we do have a pre-screening process that you must follow before you can see any proeprty.  Directions for how to pre-screen are listed below.  
 
 We follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and will show our properties to anyone who meets or exceeds our pre-screening criteria. 
 
 Commercial Properties
 
 If you are interested in a commercial property, please contact Debbie at the office at 502-968-9181.  You do not need to pre-screen to see a commercial unit.
 
 Residential Properties
 
 In order to tour a property, the criteria below must be met or exceeded:
 
- Income of 3x the monthly rent is required. Voucher income can be used.
- Must be on job 12 months - previous job history can be used in some cases.
- For single family homes, you must have at least 12 months of rental history.
- For apartments, no rental history is required.
- A credit score of at least 600.
How To See One Of Our Residential Rental Properties
 
 It is easy to see our rental properties!  Simply complete the pre-screening process first!
 
 - From this page, scroll down and click on the property you are interested in seeing.
- Fill out the "Contact Us" form.
- Check your email for the pre-screening form.
- Fill the pre-screening form out. You can fill out the Google form or fill out the emailed form.
- Someone from the office will reach out to you!
- You will need to have a valid ID in order to be allowed to tour a property.
** If you have questions, you can ask them on the pre-screening form and someone from the office will respond.
